TESTING
- Measure 28 m between two cones to perform the test in shuttle moving from one cone to the other and back following the audio instructions
- Prior to the test warm up for 20 minutes before starting the test. During the warm up period you can play the audio file to familiarize yourself with the test.
- Start the test and follow the instructions to pace yourself during the 4 locomotion activies.
TRAINING
- You can use the SOCCER-SETT for training for the duration you want and taking rest periods as you please.
- You can also use it moving around a soccer field or around the park following the locomotion instructions in the audio file.
- You can also use it while performing skills with the ball following the instructions pacing yourself accordingly.
